Shipping and Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with United Finishing Systems LLC (“UFS”). We are committed to providing you with a smooth and reliable delivery experience. The following terms outline our shipping and return policies for orders placed through our online store. This Shipping and Return Policy (“Policy”) is between UFS and you (“you” or “your”).
By placing an order with UFS, you agree you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by this Policy, and you understand and agree that shipping times, delivery requirements, and return conditions are governed by this Policy.
Shipping Policy

Order Processing. All standard orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders or inventory delays, shipment times may be extended. In such cases, we will notify you promptly by email or phone. Large equipment (such as paint ovens and finishing systems) may require additional lead time for freight coordination and packaging.

Shipping Methods, Delivery, and Destinations. We ship orders via FedEx for standard parcel deliveries and via freight carriers for palletized or oversized equipment. Estimated delivery for FedEx Ground is within 3-7 business days. Delivery times for freight delivery (palletized shipments) vary by destination and carrier availability. Our team will coordinate shipping details and provide a tracking or Bill of Lading number once your order ships. UFS currently ships to addresses within the continental United States only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, or international destinations.

Shipping Rates. Shipping rates and options are calculated and displayed at checkout. For freight shipments, a member of our team may contact you after checkout to confirm shipping arrangements and any applicable delivery fees.

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email that includes your tracking number(s). Tracking information will typically be active within 24 hours.

Freight Delivery Requirements. The following are required for any freight deliveries:

A valid commercial or residential address

The delivery location must accommodate freight delivery (e.g., loading dock, forklift, or liftgate service).

Any special delivery services (such as inside delivery, limited access, or liftgate requirements) must be requested in advance and may incur additional charges.

If a shipment is refused or undeliverable due to inaccurate address information or lack of access, you are responsible for return shipping and redelivery fees.

Shipping Damage or Loss. UFS is not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, UFS may assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. To help us facilitate this, if your order arrives to you damaged, please take the following steps:

Note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing (for freight deliveries).

Take photos of the damage and packaging.

Contact the carrier immediately to initiate a claim

Notify us at bbrawley@unitedfinishing.net within 3 business days of delivery.

Please retain all packaging materials and damaged items until your claim is resolved.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes. All orders are subject to applicable sales tax as determined at checkout. UFS is not responsible for any additional fees imposed by local jurisdictions or third-party carriers.
Return and Refund Policy
UFS stands behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following guidelines for returns:

Eligibility for Returns. Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging. Custom-built or special-order equipment is non-returnable and non-refundable. To initiate a return, please contact us at bbrawley@unitedfinishing.net with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions and a Return Authorization number.

Return Shipping. You are responsible for return shipping costs. For palletized returns, we can assist in coordinating freight pickup upon request.

Refunds. Any refunds will be processed to the original payment method (PayPal or credit card) within 7-10 business days after the returned item has been received by UFS and inspected.

Non-Returnable Items. The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable: Custom-built or made-to-order products; Installed or used equipment; and Clearance or final-sale items.
